Never thought I'd say it, but THANKS Chief Justice Roberts, at least for a few recent decisions.

Well, Citizens United and many others have been SHIT, but I do have to say he got them right this week. Both he and Kennedy did right on the AZ discrimination law, and Roberts got healthcare right. Kennedy's opinion on healthcare was very disappointing, especially that he is against all of the law. That is just ridiculous. But Roberts got it right. The court should not overturn a law unless blatantly unconstitutional. The legislature should be given great deference. Roberts stood by this principle and sound legal reasoning in an unbiased fashion, and he should be commended. Our hope should be that he may moderate with time. We'll see. Meantime, thanks Justice Roberts. He ruled with integrity and proper legal reasoning, and not as a right wing ideologue on this one.
