He was on a CNN panel with David Axelrod and he mused that Donald Thump is no longer to speaking to the entire electorate with his deranged tweets. He is communicating exclusively with his rabid base.

Republicans I know are avoiding the Trump issues-happy talking about other topic instead of praising Trum
I think there are a large number who are looking for a face-saving way to accept that he may have to go for the good of the country. The people I know might never admit he is a disaster-they just won't defend him, and won't get into conversations about him.
