Obamacare is "collapsing"

"Collapsing" seems to be the #1 Republican reason why Obamacare needs to be replaced. And yes it is collapsing, because for the last 4 years Republicans have not properly funded the ACA's risk corridor provision. Republicans did this on purpose to force it to collapse and ultimately fail.
