Most nations will do our bidding because they will still fear us. None will do our bidding because they like or respect us. Reputation is everything. Once you lose it it is hard to get back.

At this point...
all Vlad needs is for the chaos & deconstruction to continue long enough for the 2014 sanctions to automatically expire (early 2018)....
45 does not have to do anything ...
just ignore issue of sanctions and let the timer run out.

Bannon will continue to lead 45 around by the ... nose...
and together they will steadily facilitate both the complete & thorough deconstruction of the administrative state and the elimination/modification of constitutional rights & processes.
A war or civil war would just be a bonus return on Bannon's investment ....
