How about we give people...

on a democratic site a day or two, hell maybe three to celebrate a victory without telling them how much of a shit ruling they just won. How about we let them enjoy watching the teanuts heads exploding without having to hear shit from democrats about how fucked up the heath care bill is. How 'bout you don't tell us how weak our shit is for just a couple days. How 'bout you don't act like children that didn't get their way so they're going to make the party miserable for everyone else.

Is it really so difficult for you to just give us a couple days? Are you really that miserable that you can't stand to see us have a victory.

I'm not asking you to march lock step, I'm asking you not to piss all over our parade. You have plenty of time to piss and moan about the heath care plan, fuck you've been doing it all along, I think you can take a break for a few days and give us our celebration. Damn.

/rant over.

the teanuts were so sure this was going to be a win for them, that alone is enough to celebrate. It's not perfect, we can fine tune it now. Lets get the Prez a second term and a house and senate that will work with him and get shit done.

I thought I was on the wrong site with some of the crap I was reading. It's good, very good news. I'm celebrating right along with you. My husband has a heart condition, I have some medical issues, without the new health care law, we'd be denied because of preexisting conditions. Not anymore. AND we don't pay anymore than anyone else where my husband works.

This is going to save lives, so I don't care how much it costs right now, or that insurance companies and hospitals are still making obscene profits.

I can imagine the collective sigh of relief, the release of stress that lack of health care has brought to so many...

I imagine our collective health in this country has already improved greatly because stress is the underlying factor in almost every illness.

Here's to American's getting healthy enough to do more than just survive, now we can work together to fix the mess in this country.

First we have the fatalists. There is never any good news, fucking ever, so quit saying there is. Everything is horrible and if you aren't miserable it's only because you are an idiot.

Then we have those who can never say anything positive about/to/for Democrats. Anything that goes the Dems' way is proof that they are ineffective corporatists. If you don't see this, you are clearly an idiot.

Sadly these two demographics make up more of DU than we might like to believe.
