Joe Kennedy 3 ?

By now most around here have seen his fine performance at the hearings..

But he’s practically fresh out of the gate. Yea, I know 4 yrs. isn’t a rookie number, however the expectations of Progressive/Dems? will be enormous..

IMO we need to give him a lot of breathing room, letting him feel his way around this new extremely troubling D.C.
environment.. If we push to fast to get him out front and makes a couple of mistakes it could have a huge impact on his future..

All I’m saying is Let him be for now...encourage him, occasionally prompt him.... but let him find his own way.

To be honest I’m worried shitless....and would never have posted this last February..

There was a widespread near consensus reaction against dynasty.

Jeb Bush was clearly the best guy on the right and lost, Clinton clearly competent and 100 times better than her GE opponent.

If either had a different last name they would have been winners in a landslide.

G Bush made one intelligent statement as a candidate, "being the son of a President only meant that I got half of his friends and all of his enemies".

Jason Kantor is IMO more intelligent, more articulate and could win in some red states. What red states do you think Kennedy is going to win?

6. Agreed. let him mature into what he will be. Perhaps he doesn't want to walk in RFK's shoes...

which would require one hell of a lot of guts to overcome and run for the highest office of the land.
