Let's surprise everyone with donations....

.... to candidates the distinguish themselves by opposing the worst of the worst. Here's an example. A while ago, Jason Chaffetz was stupidly honest. He said the poor "may have to prioritize spending on health care." This resulted in a flood of donations to his Dem opponent, Kathryn Allyn, in Utah's 3rd cong dist. He tried to walk it back later, but that's not allowed, as we know. Truth is truth.

One DUer lives in that district and said she usually looks for more promising candidates in blue-er areas. But I urge us all to surprise the Dems with more money than they're used to, and surprise the Repubs by making them put up a fight. Who knows where a critical mass might blossom and then turn into a majority in the next one or two elections!! Let's not pre-judge. Let's surprise!!
