Or is "access" just an empty promise like the plan itself?

I doubt this law will pass. It is shaping up as a disaster for the gop.

Everything goes back to pre-Obamacare. You are on your own to find insurance. When you file your income tax form, you will be able to claim your tax credits. It won't help much at all.

You'll likely just call up an insurance company - like you did before the ACA.
