Does anyone have figures on insurance coverage if Medicaid hadn't been cut back?

The proponents of Trumpcare like to cite figures showing how the CBO's prediction for AFA coverage was really far off. But someone must know how the CBO's prediction would have matched reality if the Medicaid piece hadn't been ruled unconstitutional (by the politically motivated conservative justices.)

It would be more apples to apples to use that figure. Surely someone must have calculated it?

got insurance through expanded Medicaid. Those 14 million will lose coverage, unless they can somehow afford premiums with the inadequate tax credits. Many of the 9 million who got taxes on exchanges will not be able to afford premiums with the lower tax credits/subsidies.
