Did ANYONE know it was a "three-part plan" until after it crashed?

(immediately after the CBO numbers came out)

My guess is that they had the "three part" ruse up their sleeves for just this kind of dismal reception.

Of course, now people are out there tapdancing around the nature of the screwing by saying this "part" has to be passed as a budget bill and that OF COURSE the good stuff will actually be passed as actual HEALTH CARE but they can't tell us what it is because it's SECRET.

Yeah, right. Only a Republican is stupid enough to believe this kind of bullshit again.

Republicans are automatically assuming the next two phases will pass. Either they are living in la-la land where the Senate Dems vote with them, or they intend to enact the full nuclear option so they can pass bills with a simple majority vote.
