So - this is day 56. Nary a day without multiple lies, shit storms, unhinged pressers,

nearly uniform negative coverage of the "man" and all in his cabal in most media (except of course the usual "media" suspects on the right - the enablers), a continuation of campaigning (!!!) - and just bizarre, incomprehensible behavior.

How long can this go on? CAN it go on?

We were worried about media normalization - but what we are seeing is (thankfully - hopefully) beyond normalization.

There hasn't been a single moment of normalcy - not a microsecond - since about 8 PM election night.

They've yet to deal with a true external crisis, other than maybe the Yemen raid that they totally botched.

They've yet to face a problem that they themselves did not create.

No, this cannot continue to go on ... the only comparison I can draw is Watergate on meth.

the whole country is going to be covered in nasty shit. How can the damn Christians stand by an asshole who wants to starve grandma and little kids? (Apologies for the profanity . . . can't help myself.)
