from what he and the Republican caucuses in congress are up to?

Did you know that the Koch caucus in the house (aka "Freedom caucus," aka tea party extremists/"conservative hard liners"/religious right nuts/new-generation John Birchers) has aligned with Rump's Rasputin, Bannon, on destroying the ACA?

Rump had promised voters the ACA with a new name and even better--more for less. Rump ALWAYS distracts when he knows he's up to no good. So this one backfired a bit on him, plus caused Ryan's "Republican study group/hard-core economic conservatives" faction trouble. In the end that means his distraction multi-functioned.
