Stupid question on the ACA ...

I am retired military ...
as such I have Tricare which is
health insurance ... for ACA proposes
am I going to have to buy additional insurance or
pay the "tax" ?

What does deeming TRICARE as “qualifying coverage” mean?
It ensures that TRICARE beneficiaries will not be impacted by the new legislation’s requirement that people without qualifying coverage will have to pay a financial penalty

through increased doctor and hospital fees. That is unless BCBS starts price fixing again like they were caught doing by the Department of Justice.
