There was a statement that "information suggests"..that is NOT evidence.

and "POSSIBLY"/"SUSPECTED" are just journalistic safe words. You're not supposed to say anything else until a trial takes place. Most media outlets referred to Dylan Roof as an "alleged" murderer, it's the same thing.

If an FBI source says "a person is suspected of possibly coordinating etc"... it would be incorrect and irresponsible for a news reporter to quote that FBI source as saying "we have evidence of a person coordinating"... big difference.
