I don't know how else to direct you all to his tweets using my IPad so I am posting this link. If you scroll thru all of his latest ones he shows connections between Flynn, his business dealings, and eventually points out that drumf's Interior Secretary has even benefited from whatever Flynn was up to..he lists the connect the dots with each "dot" in a separate tweet. The ones below are where he starts to talk about the interior secretary.

29) So, what are Inovo Client Xs energy business interests in the US/Turkey & would any of that come under Zinkes oversight?

(86,832 posts)There is a proposed gold mine that was nixed in November/December... it's right at the edges of YNP and a large wilderness area and will mess up the water and peaceful lives of the residents near by. And he promised not to let that go through, now he's pushing it forward. That should tell you all you need to know about what Zinke would do. He's a T party shill and was elected under some shady activities to boot.
I'd love to see him go down with the cabal.

(86,832 posts)om radio, he's got fair shot. He's a well known down-to-earth kind of guy, not a politician-which really helps him right now-and his opponent is spending too much $$ trying to tar and feather him, with little success. We had enough of that guy when he was running for governor last year. The biggest thing the opponent can lob at Quist is that he has outstanding medical bills or filed for bankruptcy over medical debt... that's it. And since there are thousands of Montanans who have had the same problem with the medical industrial complex, they are more likely sympathetic to Quist's issue than holding it against him. And he's a damned good musician too.
I think he's got a good chance at winning, and the R debacle in DC is making him look better all the time.

(24,782 posts)When's the election? Our daughter moved to Bozeman last summer from where we live in eastern Washington!

(86,832 posts)Last day to register to vote for it is 4/25. Bozeman is the nearest big city to me, about an hour away, maybe a little more. Hope your daughter is able to survive there, it's too expensive for a lot of us to live there, lots of retirees from California and elsewhere, and lots of second trophy homes, low wages for the working folks.

(24,782 posts)Too bad. Such a great area. She may go for an MA in education at MSU. I don't believe teachers are well paid in MT.

(24,782 posts)If so, she wouldn't choose education as her profession. Just enough to live on.
She is our only child, so at least we can help her out a little. She's 24.
Thank you!

(9,974 posts)Everything drumf stands wants to pass hurts people in Nunes' districts/community. In Nunes' case, though, his constituents are in the demographics categories that would suffer the most: low income, low educated (drumf's favorite demographics, we all know), high amount of substance abuse/youth issues/few professional jobs in the area/mostly agricultural-farmers.
Seems these two have fallen head over heels for drumf, thinking he will deliver them power/money/influence. And we see where that is leading Nunes..smack dab into a political firestorm/career destruction.
