Earlier in the day before the judge's show aired, FOX was running a countdown timer with something about new information on the nonexistent wiretapping thing - on the judge's show. Stelter advanced the idea that Cheeto was watching FOX and saw the clock and tweeted about the show so everyone would see that he was right.

I'm not convinced, but it's a really Cheeto thing to do when you think about it.
