If so, I found a link from the right-wing source. It claims that Pence cast a tie-vote to pass a Senate resolution to end funding of Planned Parenthood. Senate resolutions are not laws that are sent to the desk of the president.

Here is the link I found, please excuse the fact that this is a right-wing source:

http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/pence-saves-senate-resolution-to-kill-obamas-abortion-rule/article/2618870

Vice President Pence on Thursday was called into the Senate to rescue legislation aimed at overturning a Obama administration rule that currently prevents states from blocking federal grants to abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood.

Senate Republicans made a motion to proceed to the legislation, and while a simple majority was needed to advance it, Sens. Susan Collins, R-Maine, and Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, voted against it. That left the Senate in a 50-50 tie, which required Pence to cast the tie-breaking vote.

It's the second time Pence has had to help the narrow 52-48 GOP majority in the Senate. He also cast the deciding vote to confirm Betsy DeVos as President rich asshole's education secretary...

As I said in my edited reply above, it is a Senate resolution. I could be wrong. I have been wrong before.

ETA: Found a less wingnutty link: http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/326505-pence-casts-tiebreaking-senate-vote-on-funding-for-abortion-providers

Vice President Pence on Thursday cast the tie-breaking Senate vote to nix an Obama-era rule that blocked states from defunding healthcare providers for political reasons.

Pence appeared on the floor after a procedural vote stalled in a 50-50 tie, casting the 51st vote in favor.

Republican Sens. Lisa Murkowski (Alaska) and Susan Collins (Maine) joined all Democrats in voting against ending debate on the bill...

<snip>

Republicans are using the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to roll back some Obama-era regulations with only a simple majority vote.

Former President Obama's rule required that state and local governments distribute federal Title X funding for services related to contraception, fertility, pregnancy care and cervical cancer screenings to health providers, regardless of whether they also preform abortions.

Democrats blasted Republicans for using Pence to break a tie on a procedural vote...

In other words, he broke a tie to end debate and continue towards a vote on passing the Congressional Review Act, wherein the GOP has snuck a measure to defund Planned Parnethood.

Looks like that vote could happen later today. Still not sure it's anything more than a senate resolution. I didn't take civics in high school.
