Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, the brutal military dictator who overthrew his countrys democratically elected president in a 2013 coup, killed more than 800 protesters in a single day, and has imprisoned tens of thousands of dissidents since he took power, was Trumps honored guest at the White House on Monday. President Obama steadfastly refused to meet with him over concerns about serious human rights abuses carried out by Sisis security forces including torture, mass detention, and forced disappearances of journalists, aid workers, activists, and students.

Imagine if Ted Cruz were elected president and tried turning this country into a fundamentalist Christian theocracy. I'm pretty sure I would support a revolution as well.
