if the GOP goes nuclear

then come 2020 (assuming the dems can win back the senate,house and the oval office) they should then expand the supreme court to 11. pack it like roosevelt wanted to do in the 30's.

The GOP will stain themselves over Gorsuch.
- Garland stolen seat
- criminal president
- destroy Senate comity

Yeah, Gorsuch will be very respected on the bench
