An idea for political theater (fillibuster)

First off let me say that I would love to see us block the vote and not have McConnell change the rules but I doubt that will happen. We need to start learning how to manipulate the media as well as the republicans do. Maybe I'm wrong but doesn't the nuclear option only apply to cloture and doesn't stop a senator from conducting an old fashioned filibuster?

If so and if we're going to lose anyway go out with something that will really shine a light on McConnell and gang. There are supposedly 41 senators that will vote against the nomination, have each of them talk for 2 hours minimum and only yielding the floor to the next one on the list. It's one thing to have a lone senator do a real filibuster but to have 41 of them do it would speak a lot louder to the average citizen. If all they do is not vote for cloture and McConnell goes nuclear it will just fit into the GOP narrative of dems being out of touch. This hopefully would force the media to explain what is really going on.

Oh and for bonus points one of them should read the collective tweets of Trump during the campaign so they are in the official record.

GOP PR strategies are not that hard to emulate: have one set of talking points and get a bunch of surrogates to repeat those talking points.

And here as you suggest do it on the floor of the Senate.
