The children of the president have generally been out-of-bounds for commentary. Say what you want about the president but leave his kids out of the public sphere.

This has been the etiquette and standard of behavior we've come to expect. In general, the Obama's kids, The Bush daughters and Chelsea Clinton were spared ridicule or commentary with the notable and odious exception of Senator John McCain's crude "joke" about Ms. Clinton. (He's always been a stupid ass.)

With the Trump family, however, there cannot be any such protocol. First of all, they're involved in their father's political life making them fair game. More importantly, they are as stupid and socially tone-deaf as their father.

The older two sons are complete jackasses and Ivanka is a lying grifter. Torch 'em!
