Billo gets paid out of the same pot as the other talent. The ad spend stays the same so faux doesn't suffer the type of financial repercussions that would incentivize the company to start clearing the creeps like Billo out. The sexual harassment culture at Fox that lets cretins like Billo run amok. Billo is a symptom. He isn't the cause.
