The contrast between the Dump and EVERY world leader that's visited has been vast. If it was limited to the Dump's issues with extemporaneous speaking & answering questions, it wouldn't be as big a problem. But he stumbles with prepared, printed statements as well.

Some are strategic in their actions and brilliant in their discourse. Others, like Drumpf, whine and complain and point fingers. He ADDS to the problems.

Prior to 2016, anyone with his inability to speak would not even gotten him in to the primary let alone win it and the presidency.

I have seen 3rd graders with a better vocabulary and eloquence in speaking.
