The loss of sponsors. All the companies willing to hand over money but don't want Bill's reeking odor tarnishing their brand.

They couldn't even count on picking up his viewers, because to them MSNBC is "the Liberal Network" and Bill going here would be seen as a sellout.

So probably the answer is "no", but one can never tell what kind of favor-trading network executives might engage on in.
