between Obama "leaving a mess" and Trump just being totally incapable of running a government. Trump is that guy who gets a job he's not qualified for and knows nothing about, freezes like a deer in headlights when he's called on to make decisions, makes an ass out of himself and everyone around him when he makes the WRONG one, and gets mad at himself over it and blames the previous person for his self-imposed failures. Doesn't even blame his shitty, knowledgeless "advisors" who are responsible for giving him terrible advice.

Competence and a sense of responsibility. The previous President has no ability or responsibility to clean up the mess 3 months into the next administration. It's April; it's on you, Humpty.

No one ever inherited as much of a mess, with the possible exception of FDR, although FDR didn't inherit two wars along with a financial meltdown.

I don't believe he ever used the language of a LOSER. Unlike Donald, Obama was uplifting and inspiring. Trump has been installed as a leader, but he will never understand what true leadership is.
