even asked for the unmasking is a felony (not the news source that reported it, the person they got it from). THAT's the leak that should be investigated (and it looks like they are).

Never mind the bullshit about Rice that came afterwards. Most times simply verifying that there was monitoring or an investigation is grounds for an ethics violation or even a criminal charge.
