I still hate Mylan.

I had two recalled pens.


I called Mylan, who must be out outsourcing the recall. The nice lady from Mumbai said she would send me an email with all the information.
Still no email from Mylan. I scratched down the "codes" for which I was supposed to get an email. I went to the pharmacy and the pharmacist started with "they have to call Mylan", she did didn't even ask me if I had already contacted them.

I slammed the pens on the counter and said "these are the old ones, I have some codes scratched out here on this paper from Mylan, and I am not leaving here until I have two new Epi Pens as you were the ones who issued these" . I had been here at this pharmacy twice, and at a Walgreens where we normally go once. I was cheesed.


Needless to say, I got my two replacements. Mylan has done a crummy job of "managing" this recall. I still don't like them.

Two pens?? Before they started their TV advertising, I got one.
