Joe McCarthy or Mitch McConnell???

I am sure there are others to consider, but these two horrible people stand out to me.

"Have you no shame Senator McConnell, have you no shame"? Do not know what he would say, but the answer is no.

There was a time when McCarthy stood out as the worst.
