The problem for [Redacted]...

...is that the President costume is tight and itchy and it makes him sweat.

He can wear it for short periods, when nagged/pushed into it by a combination of nosediving polls and cajoling from "advisors."

But the minute the teleprompter goes dark, he dives for the dressing room and shucks the damn' thing off.

He loves the momentary lift from people going "ooooh, LOOK! He's wearing the President costume!" but it doesn't last.

And at some point he'll make the same decision I made about high heels and "foundation garments": Fuck that shit, it's not worth it.

So buckle up, and enjoy these moments when they happen. Because sooner rather than later, they're gonna stop happening at all.

prognosticatorially,
Bright

Too many get lost in the moment . (re Brian Williams "beautiful " comment about the missle launch . No clear-eyed objectivism there. I'm sure the sponsors wouldn't have complained if he hadn't said it. Many viewers complained that he did.)
