Why should we believe that Tillerson and Putin are no long joined at the hip

by their big, honking, oil-soaked money-belts?

Is he no longer Putin's favorite foreigner?.. Sorry, not buying it. It's all a big theatrical production.

None of these guys gives a rats ass about the Syrians, one way or the other.

Expect Tillerson to broker some half-assed deal with Putin involving Russia ,Syria and USA in exchange for having sanctions lifted.
