Should "we the people" start talking the impeach the

Republican Party" and their maniacal commitment of members, such as:

Donald Trump, Mike Pence, Jeff Sessions, Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, Mike Flynn, Jason Chafits, Devin Nunez, Carter Page, Eric Prince, Paul Manifort, Neil Gorsuch, Mick Mulvaney, Reince Priebus and all of "players" with "the win at any and ALL costs" yet to be exposed, be removed from their positions for life.

Sounds like a good starting point to me.

5. The first 11 all have evidence of working with Russia to swing the election their way.

They should all be impeached, removed from office and probably jailed, but don't know the legal angle on that. I haven't heard anything about the others being involved with Russia and unfortunately just being a tool of the 1% isn't enough

Chaffetz is leaving before his dirty dealings with Russian money are exposed. That, plus a long term affair in DC. Seems NOW he misses his family!!

Since it involves revoking the US Constitution I assume you plan to raise an army and overthrow the government in a violent coup.

9. If I am correct legally the only ones that can impeach a member a Congressman or a Senator is

by getting the House and the Senate to agree to remove the person and currently the House and the Senate are both controlled by the Repugnants and I really doubt Repugnants are going to agree to remove other Repugnants for any reason.

10. "Impeach" means charge with a crime or misconduct. Removal would require a conviction.

Recall that Bill Clinton was impeached, but neither convicted nor removed.

But you're right in that there's not much that "we the people" can do.

11. Sorta. At least the RepubliCON ticket that stole the Electoral College must yield to Majority Winner

There is no specific Constitutional route, but scholars need to get together and figure out the way.

When the Electoral College is stolen from the popular vote winner it should be given to the majority vote in a democracy. That or hold an early election in 2018 and reset the 4 year cycle to that.
