(7,633 posts)1. It's confirmed.
They all made public declarations and it is in lefigaro.fr . For example, fillon has a video of his concession speech posted on le Figaro.fr where he explicitly calls his supporters to vote for macron in the 2nd round.

(101,322 posts)5. Melenchon has not made such a declaration
From Le Figaro:

For the time being, the leader of France Insoumise did not want to take a stand for the second round, deferring to the decision of his militants. "I do not know what to say or do at this hour. Each one of you knows in conscience what his duty is, and from that moment I take my stand. I have not received any mandate from the 450,000 people who have decided to submit my candidacy to speak on their behalf. They will therefore be called upon to vote on the platform and the result of their expression will be made public, "announced Jean-Luc Mélenchon under the applause of his militants.

(7,633 posts)7. that is correct. however
the secretary of the communist party went out and did endorse Macron. Most of Melanchon's voters will vote for Macron or abstain. So far only a couple candidates have explicitely said they wont endorse Macron. They account for a percent or so of the votes.
Melanchon saud he would consult his voters before making his decision.

(I leave everyone to recall the circumstances for themselves.) Vive la France!
