They all made public declarations and it is in lefigaro.fr . For example, fillon has a video of his concession speech posted on le Figaro.fr where he explicitly calls his supporters to vote for macron in the 2nd round.

Pour l'instant, le leader de la France Insoumise n'a pas souhaité prendre position pour le second tour, s'en remettant à la décision de ses militants. «Je ne saurais que dire ni faire à cette heure. Chacun, chacune d'entre vous sait en conscience quel est son devoir, dès lors je m'y range. Je n'ai reçu aucun mandat des 450.000 personnes qui ont décidé de présenter ma candidature pour m'exprimer à leur place sur la suite. Elles seront donc appelées à se prononcer sur la plateforme et le résultat de leur expression sera rendu public», a annoncé Jean-Luc Mélenchon sous les applaudissements de ses militants.

the secretary of the communist party went out and did endorse Macron. Most of Melanchon's voters will vote for Macron or abstain. So far only a couple candidates have explicitely said they wont endorse Macron. They account for a percent or so of the votes.
Melanchon saud he would consult his voters before making his decision.
