The media gave donnie 80% of the coverage, most of it about how exciting it was to hear what he would say next. The coverage they gave Clinton was almost all about made-up scandals.

Despite this, she led essentially the whole campaign, won all the debates, and had a better convention.

Saying she ran a flawed campaign is simplistic results-mongering in the extreme. Had she won by a similarly narrow margin no one would have complained.
