this message is for those of you who don't want to pay for unions

you really think you are going to be treated well with out union power? You might be treated well in the beginning but I guarantee you that will not stay. So when they tell you not to join a union and keep your money you are playing right into their hands, crap why can't you see that?
The same thing with the garbage about downsizing the government....you think your food, etc will be safe? Even now with what little
watch by government every day I see reports about food contamination. and you think if you have no government overseeing that you will have little problem with your food supply? Think! Or do they have us so dumbed down we do not automatically analysis

this country thrived economically at all levels.

As unions were destroyed (beginning with the great white hope Reagan) so was middle class economic security and prosperity.

when kids bite them and throw chairs across the room and that we don't deserve 40 minutes duty free lunches.

Our union will fix that!!!

I am so much better off in my union job than most working folk in this area.

When I told my own brother that I could take sick days and still get payed, he refused to believe me.

I cannot fathom the people WORKING IN MY OWN SHOP who talk down unions.

Christ, I was around before we went union. I know the difference.

American prosperity has to bubble up from a massive and secure middle class, not trickle down from a few rich folk.

Unions are not all perfect and we do have our faults, but unions are the ones that created our, now defunct, middle class.
