This is how bad Republicans suck at governing, they can barely keep the lights on

So now we have seen it.

The Republicans won the White House, they control every branch of the entire US government.

A normal benchmark of any president is the first 100 days. This includes the honeymoon period and is when the new president has the best opportunity to get things done.

So what has the new president accomplished?

Well, pretty much nothing.

Trump had proposed his own plan for the first 100 days.

That is a total failure

And the entire Republican party has been promising for 7 years that they had a plan to repeal and replace Obamacare.

Well, they were lying about that, they never had a plan. After throwing together a giant shitburger of a bill, in less than 3 weeks the GOP 'Trumpcare' proposal went down in an epic meltdown of failure

Trump and the republicans have pretty much nothing to show for the first 100 days in total power.

The only thing Trump or the GOP can point to is an un-constitutional stolen supreme court seat.

Trump is so desperate for a win, on anything, and is making demands of his party in congress to get something done.

And below is the GOP congressional response... forget trying to get anything new done, we don't have time for that, we suck so bad we are just trying to keep the utility company from cutting the lights off!

Ryan promises to keep government open and makes no promises on health care

https://www.washingtonpost.com/powerpost/ryan-promises-to-keep-government-open--and-makes-no-promises-on-health-care/2017/04/22/2f9aeaea-2769-11e7-b503-9d616bd5a305_story.html?tid=sm_tw&utm_term=.1b0f0993cf07

House leaders told GOP lawmakers Saturday that they plan to devote their energy this week to keeping the federal government open, conspicuously avoiding an immediate commitment to take up health care despite pledges to do so by conservatives and the White House.

House Speaker Paul D. Ryan (R-Wis.), speaking on a conference call with GOP members, offered no specific plan on how or when lawmakers might see details of a new proposal to revise the Affordable Care Act, which White House officials promised would receive a vote by Wednesday.

Ryan also made clear that his top priority was to pass a stopgap spending bill to keep government open past April 28, an objective that requires Democratic support. “Wherever we land will be a product the president can and will support.” Ryan said, according to a senior GOP aide on the call.

The call comes as GOP leaders find themselves trapped between proving that they can complete basic tasks of governing such as funding the government, while also meeting the demands of President Trump, who is looking for a legislative win ahead of his 100th day in office next Saturday.

That was just empty rhetoric and they had no alternative plan.

But how the everloving hell can they not pass a budget when they control both houses and the presidency? That's some art of the deal magic, there.
