DOWNTOWN A Georgia man was arrested three times in one week for allegedly running up big tabs at Downtown bars and then failing to pay, including an $1,800 bill at Trump Tower.
And he's still on the run.
Robert A. "Honey Bear" Heath, 30, of Canton, Georgia faces a felony theft charge over his alleged dine-and-dash spree that hit three Downtown bars last month, police said.
Heath was arrested for skipping out on an unpaid $1,839 tab March 10 at the Trump International Hotel & Tower, 401 N. Wabash Ave.

Only problem is, Dump won't take the hit; the bartender(s) will.
