Do you know how your state will redo it's congressional districts after the 2020 census?

Some states it is done by the state judges, other states setup an citizen commission, and some have the elected members do this function.

Process is not our strong front. We are usually a reactionary party, we spring in to action after something is already done.

Now is the time to find out, we need to get to work.

But I know how it will be done. We Floridians passed an amendment disallowing partisan redistricting. The republicans have been ignoring as much as possible since and will do so again in 2020. So far the courts are holding off totalitarianism but now the republicans in the house are looking to attack and weaken the courts.

So it will play out in the State Supreme court.
