Trump agrees not to can NAFTA after talking to Canada and Mexico:

they threatened to sign an executive order ending NAFTA earlier today. And they wonder why the stock market did not rise today after he announced his tax plan. He's using crass business tactics and rolling the dice. Once again Trump reinvents the wheel.

I wonder how he'll explain this to his base. I suspect he won a lot of votes on his promise to pull out of NAFTA. I was surprised that this wasn't his first order of business.

How can democrats use this issue, when we aren't really interested in repealing it?

I think all of these things he said he'll do but hasn't and won't will start to add up and his cross over support will erode.
