I have not listened to radio since the evening of 11/8.

I have not watched any news at all on TV since 11/8.

I select and view online the news and information I can stand to see/hear.

I was in an airport lounge several weeks ago when I heard someone clearly batshit crazy on the TV. Thought it was some bizarro movie till I turned around for an instant to discover it was CNN with Rump The Hun.

That incident confirmed that my media avoidance and screening had been a wise action to take.
