So far the only ones I've seen cheering the House passage of the ACHA are the Republican politicians, who take joy in screwing the poor and middle class to give more money to themselves and their rich cronies, and the poor and middle class dupes who don't get that they're being screwed over by these flim-flam Conservatives yet.
