"I don't think it's a tax..."

So Romney's latest was that HE doesn't think it's a tax, but he has to defer to the Supreme Court, so it's a tax.

This seems odd to me.

I understand acceding to the SCOTUS interpretation regarding terminology, but how does a Supreme Court decision force Romney to attack Obama on grounds that Romney has said he doesn't agree with?
