Whoever this grinning fucking idiot of a "republican strategist" is, she just wants to paste that fucking idiot grin on her face and try to talk over Bashir and NOT answer his questions.
"Unfortunately, Juleanna Glover, that is your FIFTH diversion and you have not answered the question and we are going to have to call it a day."

(2,307 posts)I wish other would do like Martin Mashir, if they don't answer the question they don't get to talk. If others did this we may not get answers but we won't have to hear the FOX created talking point either.
I'm so tired of this annoying little republican trick. Ask them about Romney or Boehner or Cantor or the republican House and they turn it back to the Democrats or Obama. Its an old trick and its really wearing thin these days.
Republicans have a great bag of tricks and they know their routines very well, but they never change the bag or the tricks. They just keep recycling the same old crap over and over again. They are persistent and consistent, but they totally lack imagination. Eventually even the lazy people catch on.
Thank you Martin! You are a jewel.

(50,416 posts)I saw that exchange and was applauding her from my living room, it was great!
Both Tamron and Martin are role models the other hosts should be emulating, imo, when it comes to the kind of crap the repub talking heads try to get away with.
I DVR Martin Bashir and saw him get rid of that latest RW talking head, Julianna.
Good on him and Tamron, and you're right...They all need to stop taking this rude BS, which most of them
try and pull off because they can't answer the questions they've been asked in any
way which makes their stupid *&^%% party look good.

Sometimes I do with the others (not their fault-- it's just me). Lawrence has got that mischievous glint in his eye when his program begins and, as the show unfolds, you can always see why. He has lots of relevant things to share and it always gives me a lift. I wish he was on five nights a week!!

(75,480 posts)Lawrence O'Donnell said he would be subbing on Morning Joe when he goes on vacation. It seems weird that they wouldn't put another conservative or maybe even a wackadoodle like Tweety to sub. It's like they are trying to see if another leftie can win over Scar's audience. Although I agree with you on Chris Hayes. He would be so much better. What would we name the program? Mornings with_________? Fill in the blank.

One more trick is to make them keep repeating what they're saying because you can't get the point they're trying to make. Ask for empirical data to support their assertions and allegations.
When you're dealing with people whose family trees have no branches it can be quite entertaining.

(24,461 posts). . . as it becomes more and more apparent to the public that Corporate America's endorsed candidate is nothing but a walking corporation himself. R-Money is nothing but an empty suit that cannot relate to people, does not have the tenacity to withstand a battle for anything he couldn't purchase and is trying to put a best dress on a steaming excreted pile of an economic agenda for the middle/working/poor. It's no wonder most of the people at his rallies are sunburnt, angry-faced white males of all ages and grizzled seniors who remain glued to Fox News.
