Thank you for this. It reminds me of when I was a kid, watching "Monster Movie Matinee" on Saturday afternoons.

Most of us have seen "Heavy Metal," but for those who haven't...

The Loc-Nar is a green, glowing sphere that houses the sum of all evil. Most of the people who touch it dissolve.

So does that mean evil tRump was turned into good tRump?

Heck, I'd have been happy if it just melted his skin off.

It didn't turn Den evil. It gave Hannover Fiste the courage to speak out against Captain Sternn. Except for the astronaut, everyone the Loc-Nar killed was already a monster.

Remember how they were killed and then brought back by the Loc-Nar as zombies? I always thought that was the best episode in the film.

Bombs are indiscriminate in who they kill; maybe the authors of that piece believed anyone who'd drop bombs was evil by default.

The photo was just too irresistible to the usual pranksters.
