Blames the driver of the car for his own inattention. Meanwhile, his dog is just minding its own business and walking on.

The Red Hat is just gravy.

but yeah, that was funny. If I was in the car, I would've been laughing my ass off, which no doubt would enrage the deplorable even more...actually looks like that was what happened haha...

and has in fact, blocked it--something I encounter all the time. Yes, he's so mad he becomes distracted and almost trips, but damn, I guess most of you don't do a lot of walking where drivers live to make both cyclists and pedestrians' miserable, in total disregard for the law.

I honestly don't understand why I seem to be the only one recognizing that. Red hat or no, I'm sympathetic to the guy with his dog

I realize things can look different to different people, but having encountered just this very issue on multiple occasions, it is easy for me to recognize.

The crosswalk is not blocked by the car. I'm not sure what pissed the pedestrian off, since we can't see what happened before, but the car is not in the crosswalk.
