Trump will allow him to have 10 billion instead of 9 billion to pay the three month penalty to insurance companies. More money bang problem solved.

we are and with a much better oucome by covering everyone and with an emphasis on wellness and preventive medicine, and a healthy lifestyle rather than waiting until chronic illnesses have set in. Also, negotiating downward the cost of drugs with the pharmaceuticals companies.
