These days, there are no communications channels that are guaranteed to be secure, unfortunately.

...I would NOT be surprised if it turns out that Little Jared* is actually one of the main contacts between Team tRump* and his Russian oligarch benefactors. Not. Suprised. At. All.

In fact, frankly, I would not be surprised to learn that Little Jared* is tRump*s primary Amerikan-based handler.

secure means of communications. From just coded messages to encrypted teletype to encrypted satellite systems.

The major thing is not that foreign embassies and consulates have secure communications, but who on the foreign end did Kushner wish to communicate with.
