I think not unless the crime was committed while he was a member of the military.

Flynn losing his pension and stars is the least of his worries.

Regardless of his service, or any honors that he may have accrued.
Violating the oath should make it all null and void.
If there was any honor left at all in this empty shell of a man, he would take responsibility for his actions, spill what he knows, and face the music for the good of the country.
The military knows this.
I thought that there was some sort of investigation by the military of him as well?
Perhaps my memory is wrong.

(6,324 posts)A conviction in civilian court, however, is a separate matter. The military would have to also bring charges under the UCMJ to support the loss of rank or pension.
