Then he could lose his pension and stars?

Did Petraeus lose his pension and stars?

Was he retired when he pled guilty to a misdemeanor ?

Petraeus received a fine and probation. The military declined any further action.

Flynn losing his pension and stars is the least of his worries.

He is an absolute disgrace to his uniform and these United States of America.

Regardless of his service, or any honors that he may have accrued.

Violating the oath should make it all null and void.

If there was any honor left at all in this empty shell of a man, he would take responsibility for his actions, spill what he knows, and face the music for the good of the country.

The military knows this.

I thought that there was some sort of investigation by the military of him as well?

Perhaps my memory is wrong.

And who can resist:

Lock him up!

Lock him up!

Lock him up!

A conviction in civilian court, however, is a separate matter. The military would have to also bring charges under the UCMJ to support the loss of rank or pension.
