Also, they consistently rigged the playing field to let the conservative win the argument. Al Franken covered that aspect in his book Lying Liars. They always seem to put on some third rate flunky pundit who isn't all there to make the left's case. Bob Beckel, Alan Colmes etc. etc.

Franken referred to the Hannity and Colmes dynamic as The Washington Generals versus The Harlem Gloetrotters. Colmes was there to get a bucket of confetti thrown in his face.

Time magazine's obituary of Ailes wrote that his "fair and balanced" network was where he "wielded his power without oversight and accountability". And that he "is survived by a teenage son and conservative control of all 3 branches of American government". His photo accurately captures the ugly, repugnant, evil, soulless pigman that he was. I hope he rots in hell.
