Pages wouldn't load using my VPN & US server. With VPN disconnected pages are loading very slowly.

Wikipedia, a couple of Canadian news sites. Weather Underground, CNN... Heck, I never was able to even get onto Wikipedia. No problems with DU, however. But, I did get the error message yesterday, and once or twice over the past month. Something is going on, but I'm guessing it's not specific to DU.
