Well well.. seems the people of Pittsburgh are not going to stand for Trump trying to use their city as his prime excuse to fry the planet ......
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2017/6/1/1668063/-DONALD-TRUMP-WAS-NOT-ELECTED-BY-THE-PEOPLE-OF-PITTSBURGH
Donald Trump told the world today that he was elected by the people of Pittsburgh, not the people of Paris.
Like most Pittsburghers, I resent that remark.
We did NOT elect Donald Trump!
Pittsburgh is a Democratic town, and has been for more than 80 years. We know who our friends are here, and we know, that, for the most part, they arent Republicans.
Well, yes we did vote for John Heinz, but the late senator was a decent guy from a good family that did a lot for the city. Donald Trump is no John Heinz.
Donald Trump is a jagoff, a term used, here in Pittsburgh, for lowlifes, scumbags and Cleveland Browns fans.
Hes never visited the city, not even to watch the Steelers or the Pens. He isnt likely to. He made a lot of promises about bringing back industrial jobs, he had no intention of keeping. He doesnt want to come here, where even his former admirers understand what a lying S.O.B. he is.
We understand about climate change out here, since we have three rivers that like to flood, and some of us older folks grew up in the good old days when the air was full of smoke from the mills, and you spent your winters in dark colored clothes, because anything bright showed the grime. (The snow turned gray after 24 hours in the winter. Those were the days.)
So, I dont suppose well see Mr. Trump any time soon, even if he does finish his first term and get a try at a second.
We know Donald Trump for what he is, a greedy, union busting, labor loathing, low life, who eats Hunts Ketchup, not Heinz, cheers for the Browns, and would probably throw a dozen catfish onto the ice at a Penguins game. In short Trump is a jagoff. We know jagoffs in Pittsburgh and we do NOT vote for them.

OP
Jagoff, that's an oldie. I has made its way to the metro Philly area too, years back.

Jit bag is another term, one that seems more applicable.

such people were called "jack offs". I suspect it may actually be the same thing.

(8,969 posts)8. When I grew up we used the same term you did
But I always took it as someone who was lazy and a freeloader, or something similar.
This Pittsburgh term seems a little different, not so much lazy, but more about someone who is basically an asshole
